No, Global Biograph has not tested any of its products on animals. All tests and studies have been conducted on humans, demonstrating efficacy in a broad panel of consumers through dermatological research departments.

All our products have been manufactured and produced fully in Spain.

Although men's and women's skin are different and age differently and at different rates, in the end they need the same care and show the same signs of ageing. When it comes to skin care, there is no distinction.

The fact that men's skin is thicker and usually more oily than women's skin has been taken into account in the conception and development of the AcquaGraph dermo-cosmetic line, which includes pragmatic, effective, unique, neutrally scented and unisex products where the priority is the skin and its needs.

Payment and shipping

We accept payment by credit card (visa, mastercard, american express) via secure payment gateway, also payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHOD.

If you are not happy with your purchase, GLOBAL BIOGRAPH allows you to exchange or return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the item has not been opened, used or damaged.

You can request an exchange or refund of the product. To exchange a product for another, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase. The return costs will be borne by the customer.

All returns must be made in their original packaging, including the invoice inside the box. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in good condition and that the seals on the packaging have not been modified or broken and we will proceed to send the new item if you have requested the return for exchange or, where appropriate, we will make the refund within approximately 15 days.

If the returned item is damaged in any way or the weights of the products do not match, acceptance of the return or exchange may be refused.

In the case of products purchased with third party promotions or promotional coupons, it will be possible to exchange the product for a coupon of the same amount valid for the purchase of any product in the shop. This coupon can be redeemed for a maximum period of 3 months. Promotions are not cumulative.

In the event that you wish to return the product once the product has been checked, the amount will be paid minus the shipping and collection costs.

  • A credit to your credit card account (for credit card payments), which you can see on your credit card statement. The date of the payment settlement does not depend on us.
  • If you have paid via Google Pay or Apple Pay, you will receive the credit to your account.

1- MARK INVOICE: Locate the invoice we sent you with the order and mark the items you want to return.

2- PACKAGING: Pack in the original packaging the items and the invoice together with the exchange/returns slip, you can download it here. aquí.

3- REQUEST PICK-UP AND DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE: Request the collection of the product via e-mail. info@acquagraph.com.

4- COLLECTION NOTIFICATION. You will receive an email notifying you that the package has been collected.

5- TRANSPORT AND COLLECTION: Hand over to the carrier.

6- RECEIVE REFUND: In the next 15 days you will receive the amount of your return. In the event that you have requested an exchange, you will receive the new product within 2 to 3 working days after we receive the returned item in the warehouse.
